- 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder

- 1 scoop Pattern Wellness Strawberry Collagen Peptides

- ½ cup water

- ½ cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

- 4-5 fresh strawberries, plus extra for garnish

- Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Slice the strawberries and set aside a few pieces for garnish.

  2. Sift the matcha powder in a bowl or matcha cup to remove clumps.
